HIPAA Compliance
HIPAA security compliance is integral to the system. Each staff member is assigned a unique personal electronic ID with a unique password. The automatic ‘log out’ system temporarily blanks the patient data screen to maintain confidentiality when the user is away from their computer terminal.

As far as HIPAA regulations pertain to its products and services, ADS Data Systems demonstrates conformance with each published final rule long before its effective date.
